The consultation form collects your name, email, optional phone number, who you are researching for, whether you have spoken with clinics, a general timeframe, the help you are seeking, and any message you choose to include. You do not need to provide medical details.
Do not submit diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, payment information, or sensitive information about another person.
How information is used.
Ibogaine Advocate uses your inquiry to respond, understand the general support you are seeking, discuss a consultation, and administer that correspondence. Submitting an inquiry is not an opt-in to marketing and does not give permission to send your information to a clinic.
Hosting and form processing.
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for hosting, security, and spam prevention. Form submissions are available to authorized site administrators in Netlify. Hosting and processing may take place outside your country.
The site does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded booking tools, or marketing cookies. Fonts and site assets are served with the website. Netlify’s own processing is described in its privacy statement.
Email sent to the address above is handled by the practice’s email provider rather than by Netlify, and is subject to that provider’s processing and retention.
Access and retention.
Inquiry information should be accessed only for responding and managing the inquiry, with access limited to the people administering the practice and its service providers. No online form can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained as needed to handle your inquiry, manage any subsequent engagement, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements.

Email contact@ibogaineadvocate.com, or use the contact form and choose “Something else.” Identify your message as a privacy request. Provide only the details needed to locate the inquiry, and no more; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
